After throwing one of the most lavish weddings, songstress Rema Namakula and her husband, Hamza Sebunya are having an exquisite honeymoon in the wild.
Rema has been sharing photos of her and Hamza vacationing in the scenic Murchison Falls National Park, North of Uganda.
Rather than fly out of the country to a beach or some of the popular holiday destinations that many couples opt for, the singing star and her lover decided to savour the natural beauty in Uganda’s countryside. Murchison falls is one of the best national parks in Uganda, renowned for its diverse wildlife and the iconic water falls.
Reports say Rema and Hamza are staying at the Paraa Safari Lodge which overlooks the winding River Nile. It serves panoramic views of the magnificent Nile which snakes through the park.
In the beautiful photos shared on Rema’s Instagram, the playful couple is seen jumping in the wild. Another photo captures Hamza with arms wrapped around Rema’s waist with a pair of giraffes as a backdrop.
They also took a boat ride on the Nile and chanced at viewing the beautiful Murchison water falls, elephants, hippos, monkeys and other wildlife the park is home to.
On Wednesday, Rema also posted a video showing the luxurious Chobe Safari Lodge where American celebrity couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian stayed last year.
